2. Description of Service

JP Weather Pro provides weather information for major Japanese cities. The service includes current weather conditions, hourly forecasts, daily forecasts, and utility content (clothing recommendations, umbrella guidance). Weather data is sourced from the Open-Meteo API, which aggregates meteorological model outputs including data from the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA).

We are not a meteorological authority. We do not generate weather data. We present data from third-party sources in a formatted, user-friendly manner. For official weather warnings, advisories, and emergency information, always consult the Japan Meteorological Agency or your local meteorological authority directly.

3. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JP WEATHER PRO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. Model outputs are approximations of atmospheric conditions. Actual weather may differ significantly from forecasts. You acknowledge that weather data displayed on this website is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for decisions involving safety, health, or significant financial exposure.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JP WEATHER PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JP WEATHER PRO LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

If you are accessing this service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in your jurisdiction.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Specifically, you agree not to:

You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Weather data displayed on the service is sourced from Open-Meteo, which aggregates publicly available meteorological model outputs. This data is not our intellectual property. Our original content (city guides, clothing recommendations, utility pages) is our intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by JP Weather Pro LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of any such content, goods, or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JP Weather Pro LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JP Weather Pro LLC regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
