Nature of Business

JP Weather Pro LLC operates a weather information website providing current conditions, forecasts, and utility content for major Japanese cities. The company generates revenue through the sale of digital guides (PDF format) and may introduce additional paid information products in the future.

We are not a meteorological authority. We are a data aggregation and presentation service. Weather data is sourced from third-party APIs (primarily Open-Meteo). We do not generate weather forecasts ourselves. For official weather warnings and emergency information, users should consult the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) directly.

We are not affiliated with the Japan Meteorological Agency, the World Meteorological Organization, or any government meteorological service. We do not hold any certification as a weather service provider. Our data sources are acknowledged on our data methodology page.

Products and Services

Free website access: All weather data, city guides, and utility content on jpweatherpro.com is provided free of charge. This includes current conditions, 24-hour temperature charts, 3-day forecasts, clothing recommendations, and umbrella guidance.

PDF Guide: We sell a comprehensive seasonal planning guide ("JP Weather Pro: Complete Seasonal Planning Guide") for $12 USD. This is a digital PDF product delivered via email download link. The guide includes month-by-month weather breakdowns for all eight cities, detailed packing lists, seasonal activity recommendations, and historical weather statistics. Tax Information

JP Weather Pro LLC is a Nevada-registered LLC. Nevada does not impose state corporate income tax. The company is responsible for federal tax obligations in the United States. Digital product sales to customers outside the United States are generally not subject to U.S. sales tax, though customers are responsible for any applicable taxes in their own jurisdictions.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
